These Conditions of Entry apply to all events, functions and gatherings presented by Barossa United Junior Soccer Club, ABN 35 409 933 967 (“the Club”), including presentation nights, social functions and club gatherings, whether ticketed or not. By purchasing a ticket to, or entering, any such event, you agree to these conditions.
Individual events may carry additional conditions, which will be advertised with that event. Where an additional condition conflicts with these, the condition advertised for that event prevails.
1. Tickets and entry
- Where an event is ticketed, a valid ticket must be presented for entry and may be requested at any time during the event.
- The Club may refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any person who breaches these conditions, whose conduct is unsafe, offensive or disruptive, or who refuses a lawful direction from event or venue staff. No refund is payable in those circumstances.
- Entry may be refused after the advertised start time or where the venue has reached capacity.
- Where an event is advertised as restricted to persons aged 18 years and over, valid photo identification may be required for entry.
2. Photography, filming and recording
- The commercial exploitation of any photograph, film, video or audio recording captured at a Club event is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Club. This includes, without limitation:
- sale or licensing to any person, publication, agency or stock library;
- supply to any media outlet;
- publication for payment; and
- use in advertising, or to promote any product, service or business.
- Photography, filming and audio recording for personal, non-commercial use are permitted unless otherwise indicated by the Club or the venue.
- Any person wishing to capture photographs, footage or recordings for commercial, editorial or media purposes must obtain written accreditation from the Club in advance. Requests may be made to admin@barossaunited.com.au.
- Where children are present, photography and recording must also comply with the Club’s Child Safe Policy. Photographing or recording a child who is not in your care, without the consent of that child’s parent or guardian, is not permitted.
- The Club may refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any person who does not comply with this clause 2.
2.6 Images taken by the Club. Club events may be photographed or recorded by the Club and its authorised representatives. By entering, you consent to your image, likeness and voice being captured and used by the Club for promotional, archival and reporting purposes, in any medium, without payment. - Where alcohol is served, it will be served in accordance with South Australian liquor licensing requirements. Service may be refused, and intoxicated patrons may be removed from the venue.
4. Changes, cancellation and refunds
- The Club may vary an event’s programme, guests, timings or venue where reasonably necessary. Such changes do not of themselves entitle you to a refund.
- If a ticketed event is cancelled, rescheduled or relocated and you are unable to attend, your rights are as set out in the Australian Consumer Law and in the ticketing terms applicable to your purchase.
- Nothing in these conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
